12-18-17
Guadalajara
Hermana Hazard

Well these last few days have been good but we have been super busy and this week we are also really busy... Well on Wednesday as you all know we went to the temple which was awesome and then we went to sol which is the very old center of Madrid and just ate and looked at all of the cool shops. It was pretty awesome.

Thwn after that we went on Thursday to teach some people. First of all we taught sindy who is the sweet Brazilian lady who is getting baptized on January 27th! We go to finally meet her daughter who is super cool named Karen. She is a lot like my sister and It was sups wierd. It made me miss her. Then we taught Rafael in his home se with a member named visi. We had a good lesson about prayer and it all turned about good. Although we are trying to help him progress more... We also practice or district musical number that we were going g to sing for the zone conference talent show. We decide to sing "homeless" from the forgotten carols and it was super cool!  so we did that and the we also were asked to sing another musical number during zone con frecuencia so us and 2 other Herman's sang I heard him come half in English and half in spanish. We slayed it... Zone conference was on Friday so that kind of took up the whole day! We learned a lot about what it means to be consecrated and to give our all to God. It was really motivating. We also had a white elephant exchange and I got mini bowling which is actually super fun.. Then we had the talent show. Yeah... Our musical number show how did I not come out like we practiced it. But it made everyone die laughing though so I call that a success.
Then on Saturday we had piso inspections and we passed with an A++... So, this is by far the cleanest this piso has ever been... Ever... Then we went and decorated the capilla which took forever... And we ended up having to run to the chino by the church like 8 times but the capilla looked awesome. Then we had the Litest christmas bash that Guadalajara has ever seen. It was straight fire! The ward bought the giant empanadas and it was super good. Rafa came and so did some other fires which was awesome! Then the next day was church and it wasy second to last Sunday which means nos this next Sunday will be my very last. So the bishop callwd me out during sacrament meeting and told me that I had the full 45 minutes next Sunday to speak.... So yeah!!. Terrifying:) I actually don't mind speaking at all and sometimes I really like it but something about being up there for like 45 minutes scares the socks off of me.

So that was he rest of the week. Today we are just hanging out and will probably go with our distinct to the mall, and there is also a super cool fair behind our piso that we may go to as well. Then tonight I will be directing the ward choir as we go to sing for some old people and in a few. Other places. So that is what's new!

Love you guys and I just want to share a scripture that is my new motto for life.

John 16: 33

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Be of good cheer... I have overcome the world! πŸ‡¨πŸ‡± πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
